Returning from Money Heist are Itziar Ituño and Najwa Nimri, reprising their roles as policewomen Raquel Murillo and Alicia Sierra respectively. Other cast members include Samantha Siqueiros, Julien Paschal, Masi Rodríguez, and Rachel Lascar.
Berlin is an eight-episode series created Álex Pina and Esther Martínez Lobato, who were also behind Money Heist and Sky Rojo.
